The PROSLOPE carousel is supplied in modular design and almost any desired shape can be realized according to the customer's wishes. Each module consists of a frame made of sturdy steel and aluminum profiles. The drive unit can be variably planned into each standard module, which means that a total round trip length (in relation to the endless transport chain) of up to 70 m can be realized. Longer lengths can be equipped with additional drive units. The maintenance-free conveyor chain made of wear-free aluminum is equipped with quiet-running 2-component chain rollers (PU bandage / PA core), which are also maintenance-free. The same rollers are used for the transport scaling carriers, which minimizes spare parts inventory. The scaling carriers themselves are made of sheet steel using state-of-the-art technology. PROFLUSS uses only high-quality PU material in flame-retardant B2 quality for the transport and edge sheds, specially designed for airport applications. The cladding is made of stainless steel as standard, but can also be painted sheet steel on request.
